My client, a legal practice is looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join their team based in Mayfair. Within the role you will be working closely with a leading commercial litigation Silk, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing practice.

The practice specialises in a number of areas including Commercial Dispute Resolution, Civil Fraud, Fintech & Digital Currency Regulation, Regulatory and Compliance and Public Law.

Advising on a variety of complex, multijurisdictional matters, covering all aspects of commercial litigation, the successful candidate will be an experienced commercial litigator, with the ability to work well under pressure. This is a senior appointment and a following of clients is therefore desirable. You should have a track record of winning new business and the desire to further develop the practice.

You will take on a busy and varied caseload covering a variety of litigation matters. The practice receives a significant amount of direct instruction as well as referrals from a variety of law firms.

Person specification:

  • English qualified solicitor
  • Significant commercial litigation experience gained in an international law firm
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Pro-active with an ability to work autonomously
