Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the client services team, ensuring efficiency and excellence in customer and supplier contract management.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison for customer and supplier contractual inquiries, and lead meetings to discuss operational, contractual, and commercial matters.
  3. Subject Matter Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of operational activities, processes, and IT system capabilities.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead Continual Service Improvement (CSI) opportunities, contributing to the development of the business plan.
  5. Contract Governance: Proactively lead contract governance meetings, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and timely delivery of Key Performance Indicators.
  6. Communication: Develop effective communication plans, providing timely reports to leadership teams and engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Supervision: Lead and mentor the client services team, conducting regular 1-2-1s, objective setting, and providing feedback.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in developing strong contract management and operational relationships.
  • Experience in continuous improvement activities and data analysis.
  • Understanding of service levels and key performance indicators.
