Sales Manager


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for respective regions and territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Create, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
  • Set activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
  • Uphold sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage customer relationship management and increase customer satisfaction levels.
  • Spot market opportunities for new customers.
  • Network with Senior Management to generate new business for the company.
  • Act as spokesperson and figurehead to promote Wellube Systems’ capability.
  • Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
  • Submit monthly reports on sales performance against budget and report on variances.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage strategic and day-to-day management of customers.
  • Suggest business improvements and achieve aggressive targets.
  • Participate in proposal generation.
  • Consult/investigate business opportunities with a range of customer contacts.

QHSSE Activities:

  • Adhere to Unique System’s Integrated Management System and, when on-site, the client’s Quality Management System.
  • Comply with the Group’s QHSE Management System.
  • Promote a positive QHSE culture in the workplace.


Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Technical/Professional Skills:

  • Knowledge of various services offered by Wellube.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ERP System, etc.
  • Highly motivated and dynamic individual.
  • Capable of interacting with different cultures and able to travel extensively throughout the region.
  • Strong analytical and managerial skills.
  • Leadership and team development abilities.

  • Knowledge of the Arabic language is preferable.

Industry Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales and marketing in a similar line of business in the Middle East (Oil & Gas)
