This position is based in the Netherlands and will support the growth of our Accommodation and Modular department.

Main Purpose of Role

The main focus is to explore and expand current business line customer base or product offerings into new markets or territories.

This highly visible and proactive client facing role will act as a lynchpin to the delivery of business line growth objectives within the regional market (UK, Europe & Caspian).

This role will ensure that the business line meets and/or exceeds annual sales targets.

Key Duties Include: (not limited to)

  • Own and exceed annual sales targets for new client base.
  • Co-ordinate and deliver the growth, development and expansion of existing client base.
  • Secure new integrated efficiency contracts within the existing client base in line with the overall regional strategy.
  • Act as business line focal points for both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain effective long lasting working relationships at all levels within the client base.

Person Specification

  • In depth knowledge of business line offerings.
  • Understanding of geo-market market activity and assigned customers percentage of this activity.
  • HND or higher qualification or equivalent industry experience. Preferably HBO level.
  • Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrable commercial and business acumen
  • Significant sales or business development experience
  • Experience in the upstream / downstream service sector or hire market desirable.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
